Josh Clemons Leaves Sea Grant Law Center

Josh ClemonsJosh Clemons, who served as research counsel for the Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant Legal Program since 2003, has left that position to pursue other interests in Columbus, Miss. In addition to addressing legal issues affecting the Gulf Coast, he published two law review articles, conducted advisory requests and published several standalone publications, including “Smart Growth,” an 18-page document that explores smart-growth planning strategies and analyzes the zoning ordinance on Dauphin Island, Ala. Clemons holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from Florida State University, a master’s degree in hydrology from the University of Arizona and a J.D. and certification in environmental and natural resource law from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Ore.
