Featured Publication: Smart Growth“Smart Growth,” a publication of the Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant Legal Program, provides an analysis of the Dauphin Island Zoning Ordinance. Edited by Josh Clemons, the information in the 16-page booklet is based on a checklist generated by the American Planning Association (APA) in order to help the community identify ways in which it can maximize its smart growth potential. Along with the results of the analysis, the publication includes a background section and photographs.
