“Shoreline
Protection Alternatives,” an MASGC four-page document,
presents an overview on alternative methods of preserving and
maintaining coastal shorelines in Alabama and Mississippi. Designed to
aid property owners and developers in making better decisions about how
to prevent erosion, the publication features photographs and
terminology regarding options for implementing living shorelines that
may save money and protect habitat.
