Some of the speakers’ presentations will include “Overview of Scientific Underpinnings of Adaptive Management and Adaptive Governance,” “Adaptive Management and Environmental Ethics,” “NOAA Marine Sanctuaries’ Experiences with Adaptive Management” and “Climate Change and Coastal Management in the United Kingdom.” The National Sea Grant Law Center has applied to the Mississippi Commission on Continuing Legal Education for approval of this course or a portion thereof for a maximum of 6 hours of credit, including 1 ethics hour.
